Harken Reflex Furling Code 0 System
The Harken Reflex Furling Code 0 System is specifically developed for Code 0 sails and offers both a cable-less and a Reflex torsion cable configuration. This allows you to use the system for Code 0 sails with a tight luff, without requiring a separate anti-torsion cable.
Two configurations
- Cable-less (without anti-torsion cable) - The sail attaches directly to the drive unit via the cable-less tack plate and head swivel. Ideal for Code 0 sails with load-carrying luff fibers built into the sail.
- With Reflex anti-torsion cable - For sails that require an external torsion cable. The Reflex torsion cable provides faster furling at lower loads.
Three unit sizes available
- Unit 1 - MWL 1.5T | Boats 6.7-10m | Max sail area 60m²
- Unit 2 - MWL 2.5T | Boats 9-12m | Max sail area 84m²
- Unit 3 - MWL 4.5T | Boats 12-16.5m | Max sail area 158m²
Smooth and uniform furling
The system ensures a completely uniform furling motion from top to bottom, with a super-tight wrap. The furled Code 0 easily drops to the deck for the next hoist.
Construction and materials
- Polycarbonate housing - Durable and lightweight
- Torlon ball bearings - Minimal resistance, easy maintenance
- 6061-T6 aluminium - Anodised large diameter drive disc
