Terms & conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of Rolreefsystemen, located in the Netherlands.

By placing an order, you indicate that you agree to these terms and conditions. Rolreefsystemen reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions.

Deviations from these terms and conditions are only possible if agreed in writing.

An agreement is concluded when an order confirmation has been sent by email to the email address you provided.

Rolreefsystemen reserves the right to refuse orders or to set additional conditions.

Changes to the order are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us for this.

All prices on our website are in euros and include 21% VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs are calculated separately and shown during the checkout process. Orders above €1,500 are shipped free within the Netherlands.

Rolreefsystemen reserves the right to change prices. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.

Payment is made via one of the following methods:

• iDEAL
• Creditcard (Visa, Mastercard)
• PayPal
• Bancontact
• Bank transfer

For payment by bank transfer, your order will be shipped after receipt of payment.

We strive to ship your order within the indicated delivery time. The stated delivery times are indicative and do not constitute a deadline.

Exceeding the delivery time does not entitle you to compensation or dissolution of the agreement, unless the delay is unreasonably long.

The risk of damage or loss of products is transferred to the customer at the time of delivery.

You have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

Products must be returned unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective.

Refunds are made within 14 business days after receipt and approval of the return.

All our products come with manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period varies by product and brand.

Warranty expires in case of improper use, external causes or when repairs have been carried out by third parties.

For warranty claims, please contact our customer service. Always keep your proof of purchase.

Rolreefsystemen is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or business damage.

The liability of Rolreefsystemen is always limited to the amount of the relevant order.

All agreements are governed by Dutch law.

Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Rolreefsystemen is located.
