The Seldén BBB 60 double block with D-shackle is a powerful and versatile block from the BBB series (Ball Bearing Block), designed for medium-duty loads on sailing yachts. This double block features stainless steel ball bearings that deliver the highest strength under dynamic loads. The D-shackle ensures a safe and simple attachment to the rigging. With an impressive safe working load (SWL) of 700 kg and a breaking strength of 1400 kg, this block is suitable for serious applications on medium-sized sailing yachts.

A distinctive feature of the BBB 60 double block is the ability to switch between fixed and swivel configurations thanks to a supplied bushing. In swivel mode, the block can rotate freely around the attachment axis, which is ideal for sheets and halyards where the load direction changes. In fixed mode, the block remains stable in its position, perfect for applications where constant alignment is required. The cheeks are made from glass fibre reinforced polyamide, providing an excellent combination of lightweight and high strength.
